Per Hjelm, Chairman of the Board
Per Hjelm has a Master of Science in Industrial and Management Engineering and has worked in management positions (as CEO) in some of the fastest growing companies in Sweden both public and privately hold. He has been involved in several start-ups since the early eighties. Today Hjelm holds positions in seven boards as specialist in venture management in the IT-Industry.

Arne Andersson, Founder, CEO
Arne has a Ph.D. in Computer Science, is Chair Professor at Uppsala University. He is a leading expert on algorithm design, and he has published a large number of articles at leading journals and conferences in his field. Among other things, he has developed improved algorithmic techniques for fundamental computational tasks, such as sorting and searching for data. 1991 he was awarded the student's price for Best Teacher at Lund University. Professor Andersson has been head of University departments both in Lund and Uppsala and he has a long experience of managing projects on an international level.

Garry Mansell, President
A Chemistry graduate, the former Chairman of both the European and British Shippers Councils and the co-founder and Managing Director of Freight Traders Limited, Mansell has over 20 years experience in the field of business to business procurement. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics he has published a number of papers in the field of logistics and procurement and has spoken at numerous conferences around the World. He leads the commercial team arm of the business.

Fredrik Ygge, Founder, Project Manager
Fredrik has a Ph.D. in Computer Science, is a leading international expert on market and market algorithm design, a subject on which he graduated in 1998. He has a long experience of leading large, international electronic negotiation projects for Trade Extensions. Dr. Ygge is one of the founders of Trade Extensions where he works with project management, market and algorithm design, sales and is responsible for patent issues.

Mattias Willman (ex. Tenhunen), Founder, CTO
Mattias has a M.Sc. in Computer Science, is an expert on market algorithm design, and he is one of the founders of Trade Extensions. He is CTO of Trade Extensions.

Terry Clark, CFO
Terry is responsible for the finance functions of Trade Extensions in Sweden and the UK. He is a qualified Management Accountant, experienced in the development of business unit strategies and expert in data analysis to support business decision making processes. Prior to joining Trade Extensions, Terry spent 17 years with Mars, Incorporated in a variety of finance and industrial engineering roles and was co-founder and Financial Controller of Freight Traders Limited, a web-based procurement service provider for transport.

Ulf Ekström, COO
Ulf has a M.Sc. in Computer Science, is an experienced IT developer and database expert. He is Chief Operating Officer at Trade Extensions.

Joe Critchley, VP Sales
Before joining Trade Extensions in 2007 as VP Sales, Joe worked for more than 20 years for Mars, Incorporated in a variety of sales, buying and supply-chain roles covering the whole of Europe. He was a founder member Freight Traders, a subsidiary of Mars, Incorporated, which became the European leader in on-line freight purchasing, where he was Head of Account Management – helping many of Europe's most respected companies to buy their freight better. In Trade Extensions he is responsible for persuading major companies to run buying projects on the platform and for making sure that they have a great experience when they do.

Philip Hunter, Business Development Manager - France & Southern Europe
Philip Hunter joined Trade Extensions early 2008, bringing know-how and 15 years of experience in complex supply chain management in sectors such as FMCG and B2B industrial supplies. Graduated with a MBA in E-Business, Philip provides insight to the developing on-line solutions environment. Based in France, he is responsible for business development in France and southern Europe.

Alistair Worsdall, Business Development Manager - Americas
Alistair is currently heading up Trade Extensions US office in Houston. Whilst at Trade Extensions he’s been involved in project management, supporting clients on complex tenders and now Business Development. Prior to joining Trade Extensions he worked in Account Management at Freight Traders and preceding that, in a variety of supply chain roles in the FMCG sector.

Roger Björnstedt
Roger has a M.Sc. in Computer Science, is an experienced IT developer and architect. He is Chief Software Architect and head of software development at Trade Extensions.

Anders Lunander, Senior Advisor - Public Procurement
Anders has a PhD in Economics, international expert on combinatorial trading and particularly in public procurement. Dr. Lunander has conducted series of path-breaking combinatorial public procurement projects at Trade Extensions.

Stuart Kiel, Project Manager & IT support
Stuart has worked as a Systems Solutions Manager and was responsible for the customer services team and managing projects at Freight Traders to ensure successful tender results. Given his extensive knowledge in product analysis, data mining and Excel design, he is a great resource as a Project Manager and in providing general support to the demanding clients at Trade Extensions.
